I did some work on my daughters car and it needed an alignment because of the multiple suspension parts I replaced I called Tires Tires Tires the service rep told me they could do the alignment right away so I went right over went in spoke with the advisor he was very polite very accommodating they got my car in and done 35 to 40 min and it drives perfect I highly recommend Tires Tires Tires they really are the best !
Nobody ever comments when they are happy. But...I am happy...I feel I got dooped at another place and when I took my car in these guys were completely fair. I thought I was looking at all new shocks plus I was in there for brake repair. I was prepared for the worst brakes, rotors and shocks. Ugg!! They bluntly said "you must have hit something" I said yes " I hit a sioux falls pothole the size of my car!" "You bent something but we were able to just bend it back into shape " now i still needed brakes and rotors. and.we all know bsck in the day you would get a squeak as a warning and now its like silence to grind so i was prepared but i felt like a won a lottery. And ..all th e guys were so sweet at St. Michael's! So Kudos to good service. 🙂
I recently had my tires rotated, and an air filter replaced while I waited. I was able to wait in a well appointed waiting room. They even have coffee, pop and cookies, to pass the time. I was impressed and asked if they also do other car repairs, as my steering was feeling stiff. I made an appointment and when I went in, they were friendly and honest, taking time to explain things to me. This time I had a kind gentleman drive me home and pick me up. I would definitely recommend.
Due to very cold temperatures, tire pressures on all 4 tires were blinking and needing attention. I drove up and immediately was helped with a quick fix and a smile. Plus, no charge! So great to be taken care of this way! Thank you so much! đź’“
